Christmas brings out the baking side of all of us… doesn’t it? I love it and so do the kids. Today I have teamed up with Bounty Paper Towels to bring you my favorite easy holiday cookie recipes.
First off, a few rules for baking:
1- Let your kids help! This is a great way to teach math and science. Let them scoop, measure and pour. Let them mix and watch as solids turn into liquids and back into solids.

2- Let them get messy. It’s ok… really! Grab your Bounty Paper Towels and just enjoy time with them. While the holidays are fun & full of joy, they do come with messes. Whether you are just baking at home or you are throwing a holiday party, don’t worry about the mess. Stock up on your Bounty Paper Towels (the last thing that you need is to run out of paper towels) and have fun.
When messes strike, make sure you have plenty of Bounty Paper Towels on hand to quickly & easily clean it up. In our house, that means that when the flour goes all over the floor during the scooping & pouring, I don’t have to stress.
3- Let them have fun decorating!
Again, ignore the mess until the end and then let Bounty handle it. Just enjoy watching your kids be creative.

All in all, remember that the important part isn’t how the cookies look or how they taste, but instead how much fun you had making them and how much love was put into them. Have fun with your holiday dessert recipes and your family!
