3 Ingredient Eggnog Snickerdoodle Muffins

Eggnog Snickerdoodle Muffins

We love muffins around this house and I’m always looking for a fun spin on a classic muffin.  Eggnog Snickerdoodles combines two of my family’s favorite flavors, especially during the holidays – eggnog and snickerdoodles!

These muffins are so delicious and easy to make.  All you need is a box of cinnamon crumb cake mix, eggnog, and an egg – how easy is that?  I used my favorite brand of muffin mix, Krusteaz Cinnamon Crumb cake & muffin mix. You can use that affiliate link to grab a few of them from Amazon or you can find it at your local grocery store in the baking aisle.

This is the perfect recipe to get the kids involved in the kitchen.  And for a bonus, anyone that tries them will think you slaved away in the kitchen whipping up muffins that took hours to make!

How to make these amazing Eggnog Snickerdoodle Muffins.

You’ll need:

A box of Krusteaz cinnamon swirl mix with an egg and a container of milk beside it.

Dump your dry mix to a large bowl and add the egg and eggnog.

A glass bowl with muffin mix and an egg in it with milk being poured into the bowl and two boxes of Krusreaz in the background.

Stir until combined but note that the batter will still be lumpy.

Next, you’re going to add half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture that was provided in the box.  Stir that up until it’s combined.

Then top each filled muffin cup with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture, about 1-2 teaspoons worth.

The muffins are always a hit and make the perfect gift for friends or the hostess of that next holiday party on your calendar.

I love edible gifts for the holidays.  They are the perfect personal touch for gift-giving during the holiday season.

I created this gift tag PDF that you can download (at the bottom of this page) so that you can whip up a batch of these amazing muffins and take to your next holiday party or brunch.

To make the gift tag more durable, print the tag out on card stock or heavy paper.  Once you cut out the tag, simply attach it to a basket with ribbon or twine. The gift tag provides a place for you to add your name under the holiday wreath.  (Note: The message in the middle cannot be changed.)

And there you have it!  An amazing homemade gift made in under 30 minutes.
