Four kids… Yep- I’ve been through my fair share of sleeping (and non-sleeping) children. That’s why I am creating this master list of bedtime resources for you. I have had babies that were born and slept like angels and then start waking up once they hit two years old. I have had babies born that have been completely ‘nocturnal’, only to end up being my best sleeper.
Several of my friends have done the same – and we started talking about it! So today, I want to share all of our advice… in one spot!

When our 7.5 month old refused to sleep more than 1.5-2 hours each night, my husband and I were at our wits send. We finally tried essential oils and had HUGE success. I blogged about our experiments here theoilyskeptic.com/2015/01/26/im-a-skeptic-peace-and-calming/ The amount of sleep we’ve gotten has been worth EVERY penny we’ve spent on essential oils.
Yes- we love our oils, too!
