OK, so I have never really been into horoscopes.  They were fun to read, but I didn’t read them regularly.   Do you?   Well, I do like little fun games like the one that I found this week- it is about your Secret Language Name and its really fun (& pretty spot-on!)

Do you remember when you were in high school and you checked your horoscope daily or played fun games where you took that piece of folded paper & flipped up certain parts to find out who you would marry and what sort of house you would live in and what car you would drive?  We used to play that in every class in middle school, while we were waiting for the teacher to get ready to teach the class.  My best friends and I played them over and over.

So here it the fun new page that I found that you have to try out.   How it works is that you enter your birthdate (day, month, year) and it tells you your Secret Language Name.   (If you wonder where they get it, on the page is states that  “This material does not come from astrology, rather, it is a distillation of personality traits found during a 40-year empirical study of more than 20,000 people, organized by birthday. With more than 6 million books in print around the world in 15 languages you can trust Secret Language to be your reference for every relationship you will ever have.  This is not your grandmother’s Astrology – it comes from a study of 20,000 people.”)

Here is my Secret Language Name… (which would explain why I have a blog and why I was a teacher!)
“Those born during the Week of Leadership often assume a commanding role in their family and social or work group. They have highly developed instincts to lead, but not necessarily to dominate or to rule; it is simply that action comes naturally to these dynamic individuals. They are also good planners, well capable of organizing an effective plan of attack and seeing it through. Building an effective team is essential to their continued success, and learning to delegate authority is key to stopping them from shouldering unrealistic burdens alone, which can result in burnout or breakdown.”

This is me, to a T!  I have always been in a leadership role (club leader, VP of our class in high school, on student council board, leader of clubs in college, a  teacher, organizer of activities, etc…  so I think that it is pretty funny that this website would put me in those roles.  If my husband had gotten this as his Secret Language Name, I would have written it off as fake (he and I are opposites with a lot of things- where he is “fun” I am “serious” and where I “plan”, he “waits”) – Opposites attract, right?

It also tells you which celebrities have the same Secret Language that you have.     Mine include Madonna & Tim Tebow.

Secret Language Name reveals a person’s natural identity. For example, Abe Lincoln was an “Intentional Unifier” and Mother Theresa was an “Innocent Supportive Partner.”

A few fun things to do to find out how well you really know someone…

  • Check your friends’ names, your spouse’s or significant other’s names... and then read about who they are deep inside.   I just checked up on my husband and it really suits him, too!
  • Watch the video at SLN.ME to see Taylor Swift call The Secret Language “Birthday Book” accurate and that it was the best birthday present she got last year. This is not just a “one paragraph” type of thing.  It really details you page after page after page.  It will give you insight into all parts of your life.  I can’t wait to hear about your Secret Language!

Go here, check it out leave your secret language below!
