My kids love anything and everything pizza. They’d eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if they could! To be honest, I get tired of the same old thing so we decided to make a new pizza version with these pepperoni pizza twists.

They’re simple to make because you need only a handful of ingredients and all of them are easy to grab or you might even have them on hand regularly!

My suggestion is to make a lot of these! The kids devour them! It might even be a good idea to make them smaller for a snack version!

How to Make Homemade Pepperoni Twists

Ingredients You Need

  • Crescent Rolls
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheese – I use a Cheddar
  • 1 Cup Pepperoni
  • 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • Pizza Sauce for dipping

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. Next, place two crescent rolls side by side and press them firmly together. Brush some of the melted butter on the rolls. Next, add cheese and pepperoni. Fold the rolls over on top of each other and then twist to form a breadstick. Brush more butter and sprinkle the garlic salt on top. Bake for about 12 minutes or until they’re golden brown. Using the pizza sauce for dipping!

If you don’t love pepperoni, you can use sausage or Canadian bacon in these – or just make them cheese twists without the meat!

How amazing do these look? They’re a cheesy pepperoni goodness all packaged in a buttery crescent roll. All of my favorite things in one meal! Make sure to check out our Mini Taco Pizza Recipe too while you’re here – they’re just as easy to make and the kids love them!
