With four children, my hope was that I would bring them home from the hospital and we would all sleep soundly through the night, waking refreshed and ready for this new chapter of our lives.  If you want to know why your baby isn’t sleeping through the night… I’ve learned (with our 4 kids) that it all boils down to routine.♥

“Welcome back to reality, Becky”... When I thought that our first baby would sleep all night long and it didn’t happen for over a year, I was jolted into reality.  By the fourth baby, I knew a little more about babies and sleep.   I had finally figured it out.

We started by downloading their app and taking the Tonight We Sleep 7-Day Challenge.

Our first son slept so well when he had his music on.  A lullaby or soft music is perfect.  We just kept a cheap CD player in his room with a lullaby CD playing softly.  My cousin uses an app that plays soft bedtime music.
