I love ice cream, so this Dairy Free Cookies and Cream Milkshake sounded great tonight! There is nothing like a milkshake or smoothie to brighten our day!

I picked to showcase a dairy-free milkshake because just this week, I was talking to my dear friend and we were talking about her son’s dairy allergy. I feel like it would really make it tough to have a six year old with a dairy allergy, but they make it work.

I looked up a few dairy free desserts and found that the NEW Silk Cashew Milk is dairy-free. I tried it and it is fantastic! I also found out that most chocolate sandwich cookies are also diary free!

If you want to make this recipe, it is so easy! Just grab your blender, your ingredients and start making it!

  • 6 Ice Cubes (or crushed ice- to the right consistency)
  • 1 Cup Silk Cashew milk
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped chocolate sandwich cookies

You could top it off with some crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and a dollop of dairy-free whip cream and you’re all set!

This is such a quick and easy snack! To find out more about Cashew Milk from Silk, you can check out their Facebook Facebook page or their Pinterest board and get some great recipes.  This conversation is sponsored by Silk. The opinions and text are all mine.
