A coastal look is so relaxing and inviting. I have always loved the look of a beach home, so I wanted to share a few tips today. Thanks to Lush Decor for providing bedding to inspire this post.
1. Don’t Follow a Theme.
“Having seashells everywhere, fish netting and every sheet and blanket covered in shells or some type of sea life is old news,” David Bromstad from HGTV says. On the same line, he reminds his readers not to buy every nautical accessory. Finding artwork that showcases the beach and nature without being too specific on a theme is a great way to bring the outdoors in. I love this painting that we picked up a few weeks ago. 2. Find Colors that Calm
