This clean recipe for a Avocado, Black Bean & Lime Wrap is fantastic! It takes less than five minutes to prepare and it is always delicious!
I love to use avocados when I can because they are really healthy! I started using them when I would feed our baby (they are a great first food!) but now we eat them every week. Avocados contain naturally good monounsaturated fat. Naturally good fats are an important part of a healthy diet (Good fat in avocado can replace saturated fat). 1-2 cans black beans (rinse & drain)… we use one can if it is just for the two of us.
First, you get your Hass Avocados & cut them in half
Take the seed out…
Throw out the seed and scoop out the middle of the avocado:
Mash it in a bowl:
Add in your RINSED AND DRAINED black beans
Squeeze half of a lemon over the mixture:
Put part of the mixture in a wrap (this is the tomato & spinach wrap, but any wrap or tortilla shell will do nicely…).
Wrap it up:
That’s all there is too it- it is SO healthy, so you will love it. It tastes great, so your family will love it…
PS- to get it to stay inside, fold up the sides, like in the picture below…
