5 Christmas Treats You Will Want to Make!
I love finding recipes that our family loves, but one that doesn’t take me so much time (or baking talent) to make. These 5 EASY Christmas Treats hit the nail on the head. 🙂 They are my kind of treat: simple, cute and tasty.
With the holiday season in full effect, it’s important to have fun, but to also remember to take care of yourself. With the leftover Thanksgiving Pie in the refrigerator and brownies, cookies and candy canes on the countertop, it’s no wonder we find ourselves snacking on so many yummy foods!
With that said, the goodies will not only linger in your fridge, but also in between your teeth and gums. It is so important to use a toothpaste with extra protection, to know that you are doing all that you can to combat those (delicious) treats. We use Crest Pro-Health Whitening Power Toothpaste.
Before I share the recipe, I want to share a deal with you. Crest Pro-Health is sharing a $2 coupon at your local CVS store. The coupon can be found in Sunday newspapers nationwide on 11/25/18 Crest Pro-Health toothpaste is the only toothpaste accepted by the American Dental Association to treat all seven attributes: Plaque, Gingivitis, Cavities, Sensitivity, Tartar, Whitening, Freshens Breath and Fights plaque while strengthening enamel. It also removes surface tooth stains, which is a great thing to remember as we are eating chocolate treats.
Crest Pro-Health Whitening Power helps you advance to healthier gums and stronger teeth. It works in the areas that dentists check most, so you can feel secure knowing that you are taking care of your teeth, just like the doctor ordered. 😉 We stock up on Crest Pro-Health whenever they have coupons like this, so we know we’ll never run out. That way… when I am eating my Christmas treats, whether its cookies, brownies or Candy Canes… we don’t have to worry about it… as much. 😉
Here are 5 treats to enjoy this holiday…
1. Reindeer Cupcakes
These reindeer cupcakes are so cute! These Reindeer Cupcakes are as delicious as they are adorable! School class parties, Christmas get-togethers… there is always a good time to make Reindeer Cupcakes!
2. Santa Hat Cupcake
These Santa Hat Cupcakes are so easy to make (and I am not much of a baker!)
3. Nutter Butter Cookies
These Nutter Butter Snowmen Cookies are so cute and perfect for any Christmas Cookie exchange or just to have at home to put a smile on your kid’s faces (they can help you make it, too, which they will love!)
4. Candy Cane Glasses
I loved making these candy cane glasses because they are fun to use for any party! Fill them with candy cane milk (like we did) or with m&ms or really anything! They are fun and they will be a huge hit & go along with any of your Christmas cookies
5. Peppermint Chocolate Cookies
When I give these cookies as a gift, I add a handmade touch with a little card. You can even make a homemade jar of Chocolate Peppermint Cookie Mix with a little note or card. It’s the perfect way to show someone that you care. It is simple to make and doesn’t take much time. It doesn’t require a lot of ingredients, either, which makes it even better in my eyes. 🙂
You will love these treats and they are perfect to take to any get-together. You’ll feel great knowing you’re using Crest Pro-Health Whitening Power, a toothpaste with extra protection, during these final weeks of the year.
