This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of UPS for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

Every package that ends up on a doorstep started from a wish, and UPSers work tirelessly to deliver everyday wishes throughout the holiday season and beyond. This season, UPS wants to share these magical stories and also make it more special with your help!  For every wish submitted with thehashtag #WishesDelivered, UPS will donate $1 to one of their charity partners (Salvation Army, Boys & Girls Club, or Toys for Tots) up to $100K! Wishes can automatically besubmitted to the #WishesDelivered site by simply posting the wish on Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #WishesDelivered, or going direct to the #WishesDelivered site and submitting there. It’s encouraged to share your wishes on all social channels in addition to submitting on the #WishesDelivered site.

Today I want to share my wish with you, in hopes that you will share your wish with me and together we can raise money for these charities!

My wish is for our sons’ school.  They attend a school that is voted the ‘best school in the country’, however, it is one of the highest-poverty schools in the state.  It is filled with teachers and students that have joy on their faces and love in their hearts… I know this because I taught there.

This school also supplies a free preschool program to at-risk kids and that is where we are going to come in to help today.  My wish is that the preschool playground could be updated.  These kids are being given love, attention, supplies, breakfast, lunch, academic attention and so much more, all for free, but the playground is just not up to par.

I would love to wish for a new playground for these kiddos- they deserve it!  They deserve to have a fun, safe, exciting place to play every day!   The area is not big, but it is big enough for kids.  These kids are not used to going to playgrounds, so they are excitedwith anything, but to give them a playground worth thinking about when they are at home would be wonderful.    Here is the current playground (you can see why it needs updated for these 4 and 5 year olds).

This is my wish… What’s your wish?
