I know this is crazy, but it took me a long time to enjoy coffee. I loved the thought of coffee (sitting with a warm cup in a cozy sweater on a cold day), but then taste of it just never hit me like it did others.
Well, one day, Mickey brought home a naturally flavored coffee. He picked up Folgers® Simply Gourmet™ coffee. I’m not going to lie- I didn’t think it would taste any different from normal coffee. I was wrong. It did. It was delicious!
It’s made with 100% premium Arabica beans that are paired & balanced with natural flavors to create the following flavored coffees. We started with the Natural Vanilla… but soon after, we tried the Natural Cinnamon, Natural Chocolate, Natural Caramel, Natural Chocolate Raspberry and Natural Mint. They were all really good.
Well, as if the vanilla wasn’t good enough, I decided I’d add a little more to it.
So I added a little creamer & a little whipped cream. Wow. If you haven’t tried this yet, you are quite possibly missing out on some fantastic coffee.
The Folgers® Simply Gourmet™ vanilla and caramel flavors are great for a chilly morning! My parents have always had Folgers® coffee, so I knew that I trusted the brand, but once I started drinking it, I knew it was going to be the way to go. Now I love it and have it every morning.
Look at this… couldn’t you see yourself sitting down enjoying this for five minutes? It may be considered to be a treat for breakfast, but so be it… it is what it is. 🙂
It gives me a little pick-me-up, but mostly it is just soothing to me.
It calms me in the mornings when we are rushed, because it’s warm & smells incredible.
I can put it in my to-go cup and run the kids to school… in my sweater with my coffee, on those cool mornings (just like I had pictured) 😉
My favorite- when Allie gets home from preschool and we head out back to snuggle under a blanket. She tells me about her day and I drink my coffee. It’s the perfect break in the middle of the day.
