I am really excited to share my Sundae Mason Jar Treat as part of the #ShareTheJoy program with Reddi-wip, because over the next few months, we are going to be giving you new ways to be joyful and spread the joy… Ice cream is just one way to start!

We are so busy, anymore, but we need to stop and share the joy. Reddi-wip wants to help us do this, by helping others find those everyday moments to share the joy. I am going to help them (and I hope that you do, too!) Joy expands when it is shared and it is experienced in all of the senses… all around us… we just have to take a moment to embrace it and pass it on!

In fact, a recent survey commissioned by Reddi-wip found that 93% of Americans want to find more ways to experience joy every day. And only 2 out of 5 Americans think they have enough joy in their lives.

Check out these stats by Reddi-wip:

1). 93% of Americans want to find more ways to experience joy every day. (almost 1/2 don’t experience joy at all, during the day!)

2). 83% would rather experience a small amount of joy every day rather than a large amount once in a while.

3). 94% agree joy is more intense when it is shared with others.

And the best one yet… 93% experience joy when they make someone else feel joyous.

Let me start spreading a little joy with our favorite Candy Bar Sundae Mason Jar Shooter (trust me… you will find a way to use that candy after all… and put a little smile on your face!)
