Allie is three years old and these years have flown by! I wanted to share a few snapshots from her party, because everyone commented on her Sofia the First party. Our theme was inspiring our daughter to be brave and creative, so we did a lot of fun things that take courage & creativity, like skateboarding practice, cupcake decorating.

Allie’s favorite show is Sofia the First ,a TV series on Disney Junior about a girl whose life turns from ordinary to extraordinary when she suddenly becomes a royal princess. We love her because she is so honest. She always tells the truth and does the right thing, which are both lessons that I want our kids to learn. We invited her cousins, Lia & K. They were so excited!
Allie was so excited! We shopped at Walmart, Target, Amazon, and ToysRUs to get all of her Sofia the First things.
She wore this princess crown birthday hat and a interactive amulet necklace. For part of the party, they got really creative. They colored their own princess party.
The next day, we surprised her with gifts from her brothers. Jack, Beau and Ethan got her the Sofia the First dolls (they were a great price) and she LOVED them! She could play dolls all day long… seriously.
Here she was waiting for her gift from Mickey and I. We told her to hold out her hands & close her eyes… so cute!
We got her this Mermaid Magic Princess Sofia doll. It is interactive, lights up, plays music and her little tail spins in the water. So fun!
A few more gifts that she got: A magic musical gown, a palace dollhouse, a crown, dress up shoes, a new coloring book with crayons and so much more! She was so excited! I love toys that inspire imagination! She goes into her room, with her toys and has her own adventures where she can be super courageous! Her brothers come in with their toy soldiers and horses and they have a blast playing together.
From her grandma, she got this cute Sofia the First sticker book. I love to give them shaving cream and put food coloring in it and let them “paint” with it. It keeps the mess contained and they love it! Plus, it smells good. Oh- and I bought her purple nail polish, to match her new Sofia Royal dress. 🙂 She loved it!
All in all, the party was a huge success & she loved every second of it!
