Allie from 365 Days Of Crafts is teaching us how to make a gift of Potato Soup in a Jar.  It really is the perfect gift & I love it!  Personal, tasty & beautiful!    There are many times when I want to do something nice for someone- someone helping our child, a neighbor,  a teacher, etc…  this would be the perfect gift for this occasion!  I added in a few little notes, myself, to help you find the materials…  Have fun! Lets start with the Jar…

Materials to make decorative jar:

  • flower – Silhouette (or you can find a cute one at Michaels)
  • cardstock – Discount Cardstock (find a card stock that you like at your favorite craft store)
  • waxed linen – available in most bead shops
  • button – unknown  (any button will work)
  • paper – My Mind’s Eye Bramble Rose collection
  • adhesive – Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L, Glue Dots  (most craft stores carry glue dots- just ask someone & they will point you in the right direction)
Potato Soup in a Jar & how to make the decorative jar. Great gift for neighbors, teachers, pastor, co-worker, hairdresser, friend, etc...
