This Italian Stromboli Casserole is a hit for our family!  We love this recipe because it’s perfect for the back-to-school season when life gets truly busy!   

With four young children at home, each in different activities, some nights are just so busy.  Between sports practice, lessons and homework, we rarely have time to make a meal that takes a lot of time, so this recipe is a great go-to dinner for us.

The great thing about this Stromboli Casserole is that it works well for big or small families.  Plus, we don’t have to panic about ‘having enough’ if one of the kids’ friends stay for dinner. Best of all, you can customize it to your family’s liking by using more or less dough, different meats, and cheeses or even adding your favorite veggies.
My personal favorite thing about this recipe, however, is how quick it is to make. It only takes less than 30 minutes from start to finish!
