Our kids love to take Del Monte Fruit & Veggie Fusions to school (they love the taste of the blend of the sweet veggie & fruit juice in each cup), but our younger children will make a mess with the juice when they open the lid at school. I have started this new little tip that has changed that. I actually drain the juice without opening the fruit cup.

Now, our kids take these every single day. Del Monte Fusions can help me with lunch time (they are like a healthy treat for the kids with their lunch) and even with snack time (they fill them up long enough to hold them off until the next meal) snack time to the next activity, taking a little time to bring out the super in small moments and your kids will have a lasting impact.

First- wash the top of the container.  Next, take something sharp (I use a skewer- make sure that it is clean) and poke a TINY hole into the top of the juice cup.  Last, drain the juice into a cup (let the kids drink it), cover it with tape and pack it in their lunchbox. Our kids love it and it eliminates any spills.

You can see how to do it right here…
