Today I am working with Dunkin’ Donuts to share some cute Valentine Cards that are all about DONUTS!
About one Saturday a month, Mickey gets a dozen Dunkin’ Donuts for the kids. It start about a year ago when they were finished with wrestling season and he wanted to surprise them one morning. He ran out, before they woke up (knowing that they didn’t have to go to wrestling that day), and bought them a dozen doughnuts from Dunkin’ Donuts. They were so excited.
So, today, Jack and I ran out to suprise everyone with a Valentine’s Treat. We were heading to bowling, for mother/son bowling night at his school, and we stopped by for a dozen. When we got there we saw their Valentine menu and changed our plan. 🙂 I’m not surprised by all of the fun Valentine Donuts, since Valentine’s Day is one of the biggest days for donut sales of the entire year.
They have heart-shaped donuts in new flavors like Chocolate-Covered Raspberry Heart Donut is a heart-shaped donut with raspberry filling, frosted with chocolate icing, and drizzled with strawberry-flavored icing. They also have the new Brownie Batter Crumble Heart Donut is a heart-shaped donut with brownie batter flavored buttercreme filling, frosted with chocolate icing and sprinkled with brownie crumble. Each year, Dunkin’ Donuts loves finding new ways to surprise their guests, and the Valentine’s Day lineup is inspired by the excitement surrounding the holiday that allows everyone to take a break from winter.
I picked up an iced coffee while I was there. Their new coffee flavors are Vanilla Cupcake Swirl and new Fudge Brownie Swirl flavored coffees, so they go well with the new donut flavors. You can subscribe to their blog to get their updates here.
It made his day to be able to pick out something for each of his brothers & his sister.
Of course, he picked one of the best one (a Cupid’s Classic) for himself, too. haha!!
So… I had an idea. Once we bought our donuts, I wanted to find cute cards to put them with for our kids. So I started searching Pinterest for ideas and I found a few that I loved. I wanted to share them with you (you can just give them with the donuts as a fun surprise!)
Here are a few Valentine cards that I thougth you’d like:
