This Cream Tortini recipe not only tastes great, but it looks fantastic, too!

It has all of the ingredients to make it truly chocolatey and creamy.

  • 1 cup Post Cocoa Pebbles
  • 5 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 small pudding cups (vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extractIngredients to make Cocoa Tortoni in a white bowl.

Directions

  1. Line a muffin tin (at least 6) with muffin liners
  2. Place 1 cup of cereal into a zip-top bag.
  3. Add the cookies to that bag.
  4. Crush them with a rolling pin until they are fine.
  5. Melt butter
  6. Pour the cereal mixture into a bowl and add the melted butter.
  7. Combine well.
  8. Divide the cereal mixture into thirds.
  9. Take 1/3 of the cereal-crumb mixture and press it evenly into the bottom of each muffin cup liner.
  10. In a new bowl, combine 1/3 cereal mixture, pudding, ice cream, and vanilla in a bowl; stir until well-combined.
  11. Divide ice cream mixture evenly into prepared muffin cups.
  12. Top with the last 1/3 of cereal mixture.  You can sprinkle more Post Cocoa Pebbles on top.
  13. Cover and freeze until firm.
  14. Enjoy!

    Note:
    to store them, remove from cupcake pan, and place it into an air-tight container.
