Ok, so it is a long-running joke with my friends and I that work out together about how we can’t do some of the work-outs that require a lot of jumping thanks to our not-so-strong bladders since we have had kids!     Its funny because you think that its just you that can’t sneeze or jump or laugh too hard, but its not… every single mom that I have talked to has this issue.   You are not alone! 😉

Oh… and pregnancy?  Yep- it happens then, too!

It starts when you are pregnant and can last for a very long time.  I never noticed this with our first baby or second baby.  It was minor with our third baby… but baby #4 has done a number on my body!  Yes, it took longer to bounce back with #4, it took longer to feel ‘back to normal’ with #4…  and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

So, being that this is a family blog and a LOT of you are Moms yourself, I wanted to share this with you.  You should try SAM (super absorbant material)- that’s what the Poise Microliner is all about.  Poise at Walmart is a new product I was asked to share it with you and since I’m sure you can relate, I decided to go for it!  I’ll put the liners to the test for a future post!

So, what are the statistics?

Well, this issue happens in 1/3 of all women.  That means that your best friend probably has the same issue that you are having.  Yes, its very common!

The good thing about SAM is that it helps to keep these liners very thin, so you wouldn’t know you had them on.   As my dear friend told me, “Oh, yeah- I just keep them in my purse.  I would never leave the house without a few.”  haha!  Smart girl!
