I love decorating and I love spring, so it comes as no surprise that I am redecorating my back porch (in a few weeks, I will also show a before & after of our back yard). Here are a few things that we did to brighten up our back porch.   Tonight we took the kids to At Home to buy some decorations for the back porch.  This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of At Home for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

We found a lot of things that we loved and we could have spent as much or as little as we wanted, because the prices range so much (something for everyone, I suppose!)  The Outdoor Decor Collections were wonderful!

And after pictures: We added cushions, lanterns (hanging on the white poles), flowers, a basket on the coffee table, and a stool/ottoman.   The stool was $99 and I can promise you that it will get used more than 99 times.

The kids were already using it and we will need it for any Outdoor Entertaining . It was one of those items that I have been wanting forever and just kept putting it off.  When I saw this one, in that seafoam green color, I knew that it was the one that I wanted.  It looks so pretty. (We found it in the At Home Patio section)

We found that it really doesn’t take much to brighten things up.   A little color is all that you need. I also highly suggest fresh flowers or plants – it brings everything to life.

We found a lot of lighting when we were shopping at At Home so we picked the lanterns that are powered by the sun.  They look like candle flames, but we never have to light them or worry about them.  They come on every night.
