How to Cancel Urban Air Membership

How do I cancel my Urban Air membership? I Googled this question for quite a while before finally finding some answers, so I’m here to pass the info along. If you’ve tried to cancel your Urban Air membership, you might already know it’s not as straightforward as it seems. Like many others, I ran into some challenges, so I wanted to share what I learned to help make the process easier for you.

The Challenge with Canceling Urban Air Memberships

Urban Air’s membership terms require you to stay enrolled for at least 12 months before you’re eligible to cancel. Once this time is up, the terms state that you only have a 10-day window to cancel (after your 12-month commitment ends)before they bill you again. Missing that window means your membership will automatically renew (although I’m not sure if it renews month to month or for another 12 months), so it’s crucial to act quickly.

NOTE: I was able to submit my membership cancellation two days before my annual membership ended, so there may be some wiggle room on the cancellation window. It renewed on the 15th of the month, and I called on the 13th.

When I first attempted to cancel, I couldn’t find an option on their website. There wasn’t even a “cancel” option on my membership portal page (maybe it would have appeared after the 12th month of billing, but I’m not sure.) After some digging, I discovered there are three ways to cancel your Urban Air membership:

Call Their Membership Team
Dial 800-960-4778 and choose option 4 to connect with the membership department. Be prepared to provide your account details and confirm your cancellation request. (This is what I did & had success)
Email Their Membership Department
Send an email to memberships@urbanairparks.com with your account information and a clear cancellation request. Make sure you include your membership number or the email address associated with your account to avoid delays.
Fill Out the Online Form
Visit the Urban Air membership page and scroll down to the “Still Have Questions?” section. There’s a form you can fill out to request cancellation. Be sure to specify that you want to cancel and include your account details.

CONFIRMATION: THEY WILL E-MAIL YOU TO CONFIRM THE CANCELLATION. Be sure to check your email inbox to find the confirmation email. This will ensure that it has been taken care of & that you won’t be charged again.

Pro Tip: If you’re unsure whether your cancellation has been processed or if you haven’t received an email, follow up with the membership team to confirm. Getting written/email confirmation of your cancellation can save you from unexpected renewals.

Finding Urban Air Coupons and Discounts

If you’re still planning to visit Urban Air or want to save on your trips, coupons are a great way to cut costs. Luckily, there are a few strategies for finding discounts:

Urban Air Website
Check their official website for promotions and special offers. They often run deals on birthday party packages and tickets.
Sign Up for Email Alerts
Join Urban Air’s email list to receive exclusive offers directly to your inbox. This is an easy way to stay in the loop about flash sales and seasonal discounts.
Third-Party Coupon Sites
Websites like RetailMeNot and Groupon often have deals for Urban Air. Search for “Urban Air coupons” on these platforms to see what’s available.
Local Deals
