I am sharing one of my favorite chili recipes with you today! Â We love it so much!
Ingredients:Â

1 lb. Turkey Ground MeatÂ
1Â medium red onionÂ
1 jar of Green Mountain Gringo – this is a Tastefully Crafted salsa made close to our house and I love it!   It is an all-natural, craft salsa made in Winston-Salem, NC. It is a delicious, gluten-free salsa made of only all natural ingredients, meaning no additives or non-natural preservatives. The Green Mountain Gringo approach is, “Just what it needs and nothing it doesn’t,” and you can taste what they mean in the wholesome flavors. Between the hand-picked vegetables and perfect blend of essential herbs and spices, this salsa goes great as a snack (we eat it with Green Mountain Gringo’s all-natural non-GMO tortilla strips)Â
1Â can (15 oz) tomato sauce
2Â teaspoons chili powder
1Â can (15 to 16 oz) pinto beans, drained, rinsed
1 can black beans
Pick your own toppings (cheese, green onions…)
Directions
Cook the ground turkey. Â Set aside. Â Cook the onion for about 10 minutes (medium heat).
In a crock pot, add the turkey, onion and everything else (save the beans until you are ready to serve it. Â Just throw those in at the last minute, after you have drained & rinsed them. Â Heat them up for about 5 minutes).Â
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Add beans. Â Cook about 5 min. more.
Ps- If you were wondering what was in the Green Mountain Gringo Salsa, here you go:Â
It is:
All Natural
Gluten Free
Non-GMO
Vegetarian
