I love Christmas break! I wanted to share my 5 reasons why I love Christmas break with our kids (& offer a chance to win $300 thanks to King Of Christmas!) :
1). Pajama Days! I love when we have no where to be, except home! We can lounge in our PJ’s all day long and stay “cozy warm”, as our kids say. (Hey, we can even wear our fire-fighing helmets around all day if we want to! haha!)
2). Dressing up for Christmas activities. I just can’t help it- I love to get them all dressed up!
3). Hanging out with our cousins (our kids are lucky to have cousins that live very close. They have another cousin that lives further away, but thanks to FaceTime, we feel like we are just up the road!)
4). Making cookies! Need I say more?
5. Decorating – I LOVE to decorate! I decorate every room (we have a little tree in our family room & a bigger tree in our foyer). We keep the dining room table set all year round with different place settings depending on the season or holiday, too.
ps- Taking down the decorations is NOT one of my favorite things, but I do love how “clean” and “fresh” it looks when everything is put away again, after the holidays.
