I love the smell of Gingerbread because it reminds me of Christmas.  Last week, my mom, my sister-in-law and I went to Dollywood and the first thing that someone told us when we walked into the park was “You’ve got to stop by the bakery for a Gingerbread cookie!”   So, right after we took this picture (below), we stopped into the (warm) bakery,  smelled the amazing smells,  gawked at their 29 lb. apple pie and tasted the gingerbread cookies… yum!

Well, ever since that cookie, I’ve been on a Gingerbread kick!   So, when I came home I looked up some Gingerbread recipes and found some amazing ones from RawSpiceBar.  I’ve partnered with them today to bring you our favorite recipes.  If you haven’t tried RawSpiceBar yet, it is a spice of the month club.  You just sign up and receive 3 freshly ground, recipe-ready flavor kits, delivered to your door each month.  Then you add your own local ingredients and make 3 meals that will feed 3-4 people.  Plus, you can personalize your recipes with the Flavor Profile Quiz.    It is very reasonably priced and includes high quality, whole ingredients, so it something that we can trust.   Your meals are about to get a whole new twist… and your family will thank you for it! 😉

Ok, so I picked the German Gingerbread Spice and here are my favorite recipes using this spice…
