Easy Keto Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 lb Sausage
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 12 oz cans Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 6 oz Tomato Paste
  • 1 Green Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Red Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Yellow Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Pound Mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, optional
  • 1 Avocado, optional

Instructions

  • In a large pot, add oil over medium heat. Add onions, peppers, mushrooms and cook until translucent.
  • Next, add the ground beef and sausage and cook until browned.
  • Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, chilis and seasonings.
  • Cover and reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
  • Add ¼ cup water if you’d like your chili with more liquid.
  • Serve warm with cheese and avocados.
