Taco Casserole Cups

*Optional Garnish: salsa

Instructions
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Warm large pan over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef to pan and cook until no longer pink.
Add taco seasoning and 1⁄2 cup of water.
Cook taco meat mixture for 3-5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
Set aside to cool slightly.
Coat a 12 cup muffin pan with cooking spray. Place one wonton wrapper into the bottom of each muffin cup.
Place 1 spoonful of refried beans into each cup and sprinkle with approximately 1 teaspoon of shredded Borden cheese.
Place second wonton wrapper layer on top of beans and cheese.
Take the pan with slightly cooled taco meat and stir in 1⁄2 cup of shredded cheese.
Spoon 1 mounded Tablespoon of taco meat mixture into each cup.
Bake for 10-13 minutes or until edges are brown and the cheese is melted.
Garnish each Taco Casserole Cup with your favorite toppings: salsa, a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of green onions.
