Cheesy Meatball Bombs
These cheesy meatball bombs are quick to make and they are delicious. They make the perfect weeknight meal!
Ingredients

17.3 oz cans refrigerated flaky layer biscuits
4
cups
shredded mozzarella cheese
1
12 oz package of Italian-style frozen meatballs, Thawed
1/4
cup
butter
melted
2
cups
Italian breadcrumbs
1/4
cup
shredded parmesan cheese
1
24 oz. jar pasta sauce, heated.
Instructions
Start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees.
Separate each biscuit into 2 halves.
Flatten each half into 5-inch circles.
Once you have your biscuits flattened, sprinkle about 1 1/2 Tablespoons of mozzarella cheese into the center of each flattened biscuit.
Top with a meatball.
Fold the biscuit dough around the meatball, pinching the seems to seal it shut.
Melt your butter in a small bowl.
In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
Dip the biscuits into the melted butter.
Next, roll the biscuit in the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
Place the biscuit on a greased baking dish and bake for 16-18 minutes, until it is golden brown.
Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
