Instructions
BREAD INSTRUCTIONS: Peel the bananas. Mash them with a fork. I like to leave some chunks of banana for texture. - leaving some chunky pieces for texture.
Place mashed bananas in a bowl with sugars and whip together with a hand mixer on medium speed until frothy, about 2-3 minutes.
Add melted Land O Lakes® Butter, eggs and vanilla. Mix together until combined.
Add flour, soda, and salt and mix by hand until just combined. Do not over mix, this will cause the bread to be tough.
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
*If you find that the bread is browning too quickly, turn down your oven to 325 degrees and tent pan with some foil.
Instructions for butter:
Place softened Land O Lakes® Butter, in the bowl of the mixer with paddle attachment with honey and sea salt.
Whip together on high for about 3 minutes.
Put whipped butter in a glass container with an air-tight lid. Store in refrigerator.
