Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes
The perfect slow cooker mashed potatoes to make this Thanksgiving for your friends and family. These are loaded with butter, cheese, garlic and can stand alone without any gravy!
- 5 Pounds Russet Potatoes
- 1 Small Onion Diced
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1 TBSP Garlic Minced
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 8 Ounces Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Butter
Cook the diced potatoes in a slow cooker on low along with the onion, chicken broth, and minced garlic.
Cook for about 6 hours, the potatoes will absorb some of the chicken stock.
Add the sour cream, cream cheese, and butter into the slow cooker with the potatoes. Using an electric mixer, whip the potatoes until they're smooth.
