DIRECTIONS for BAKED BISCUIT WREATH DIP
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Separate each biscuit, roll into a ball and place inside an oven-proof skillet or pie plate with the seam-side facing down.
Arrange biscuits in a circle around the skillet.
Brush each biscuit with olive oil, sprinkle lightly with kosher salt and Italian seasoning.
In a large bowl, combine mozzarella, gouda, cream cheese, spinach, mayonnaise, garlic powder and remaining 1 tsp. kosher salt.
Using a hand-held mixer on medium, mix until all ingredients are combined.
Spoon dip into the center of biscuit ring.
NOTE: If you have extra dip mixture, spread in a small oven-safe baking dish and bake at the same time as the wreath.
Bake until bubbly and warmed through, about 25-30 minutes. Serve hot.
