Do you want to go looking for Jesus in neighbor’s yards this Christmas?  My friend Kristy McKito always has really great ideas!   This year, for Christmas, she sent this idea to me and I LOVE it!  You will, too!

This is one little way to keep Jesus as the center our holiday- the center of our activities- the center of Christmas.

Every year she and her husband take their (sweet) kids to look at Christmas lights.  We do this, too, and our kids love it!  I look forward to it, too, because we play Christmas music and just drive around for about an hour.  (I could listen to Christmas music all day long!

This year, Kristy and her family went “looking for Jesus” in everyone’s yards.    They searched for ten houses that had Jesus in the yard (a nativity scene or something portraying Jesus), and if they found Jesus, they left a kid-colored sheet in their mailbox.

Isn’t that a great idea?
