Everyone needs a fun surprise and these Surprise Cookie Cakes with Reddi-Wip are just the thing! In our busy chaotic world, people often overlook everyday opportunities to experience joy.

I have teamed up with Reddi-wip because they want to help people find that joy every single day, in the little moments. Sharing joy with others is their mission and I am excited to help!

Joy is something that everyone can share. When you are around it, it grows. It can be experienced with every sense and it is all around us, if we just take a minute to experience it. Surprise someone with joy today!

The Reddi-Wip team and I joined together for a simple, tasty experiment called “Bake It Forward” where we celebrate our friends by taking them cheer through a treat! Today I shared our Candy Bar Surprise Cookie Cakes (my husband’s recipe!) with Reddi Wip. It is so good!

Here is how you make it:
1- Line cupcake Liners with Sugar Cookie Dough
2- Place mini chocolate bar inside.
3- Cover with more dough.
4- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

They will come out looking like this.
HINT: When you remove them, simply flip them over and let them cool upside-down, so the candy bar won’t pull the cookie down.  (it will fix these holes)

5- Let them cool. cookies2

6. Top with Reddi-Wip (it is made with real cream & only has 15 calories, so I always use Reddi-wip).
NOTE: When your kids hear you adding a whoosh of the Reddi-Wip, they will come running over with spoons or with open mouths.   Or… if you are our 5 year old, you come running over with the Pie in the Face game.  haha!!   (You can find more Reddi-Wip recipes on Facebook and Pinterest.)

I also added sprinkles for some Valentine’s fun.

8- Then I added more hearts to the cupcake liners! haha!!  (hearts are joyful, right?!)

9- Lastly, I called over Holly & Hillary, two of my neighbors/friends/bloggers (I guess that I could call them c0-workers, right♥?) and shared my treats with them… on one condition – that they take two cookie cakes home and share them with someone else (since they both have husbands & kids, I’m sure they won’t have any problems there!).

10- We all dove into our cakes & ate them together, while we talked about how our kids had NO SCHOOL tomorrow which meant playing in the snow, hot chocolate with Reddi-wip and movies by the fireplace… now that’s my kind of day!
Here is a sneak peek at the inside…
