When it comes to making dinner, my opinion is that the easier the recipe – the better! Don’t get me wrong, I adore cooking and being in the kitchen but dinner time during the week is a little bit on the crazy side with all of our activities so I try to make simple yet delicious recipes like this Sheet Pan Garlic Chicken. It’s full of flavor, easy to make and you have ONE pan to clean after you’ve made it. It’s a win in my book!
Sheet pan recipes are becoming more and more popular, people love them as much as all the one pot meal recipes. You know what I’m talking about, the recipes that all the ingredients go into one skillet to cook and you’re done. This is the came concept but even easier because you pop it in the oven and let it bake on its own! Super easy and it’s actually a pretty healthy recipe too!
This one recipe can be altered a hundred different ways too – to make it perfect for your family and what they love! We’ve made lemon garlic, garlic honey cracked black pepper chicken and a ton of different versions. It’s one of our favorite meals to make so we’ve learned how to make it amazing!
