It doesn’t take much to realize that joy is contagious.  When I am happy, our kids are happy.   When I am grumpy, our kids are grumpy.  When I am silly, our kids are silly… you get the idea.

This year, I’ve partnered with Reddi-wip and we have worked hard to really #ShareTheJoy with everyone, because they understand that joy is contagious, too.    I want to encourage you to share the joy every single day.  Enjoy the little moments in your life, relish in the experiences that happen around you every day and tie it up with a whoosh of Reddi-wip (at only 15 calories, I might add two swooshes. haha)! 😉

Here are a few ways to spread joy with your family:
say hey!

1- Create great recipes.
Something about food brings family together, doesn’t it?    They say kitchens are meant to bring families together…  it is certainly where we gather!  The kids love to help me cook, but even more, they love to decorate what I cook!  A few sprinkles here, a dash of Reddi-wip there… whatever it takes to make it pretty & tasty!  Here are a few family favorites (click on the image to get the full recipe) :

Hi there!

I’m Becky, a former elementary school teacher turned certified child development therapist and blogger. I work at home with my husband and together we are raising (and partially homeschooling) our four children in the Carolinas. I love diet coke, ice cream, and spending time with my family.
