The teenage years are tough.  Our son wanted to get my husband a ‘real’ gift this year (not a drawing or painting, like I normally encourage). Last week he went with me to pick up Mickey’s gift at the store.   You should have seen the interest in his eyes.   If you saw my post on themed gifts, you can see the different ideas that we had.

Well, he knew what he wanted when we were at Walmart.   We passed an isle of AXE Holiday Gift Packs from Walmart:

He wanted to test out EVERY single scent.   We sat there while he tried the Dark Temptation, Anarchy, Appolo, and a few others.     He figured out what he wanted and couldn’t wait to bring it home.

I think this is special because it was like he was giving a gift to a friend, not just to his dad.   He picked it out himself, he knew his dad would use it (and most likely share it!) and he was excited about it.  Right now at Walmart, you’ll find over a dozen AXE Holiday Gift Packs, full of amazing products that can help them find their magic and step out into the world feeling fresher and more confident than ever (both of them!)

I also entered he and his dad into the giveaway to win tickets for four for a 3 day, 2-night trip for the two of them and two more people to see a must-see top artist.    To enter for yourself or your family, just go to
www.axeplatinumpass.com and sign up. That’s it. When you register, you’re automatically entered.  You never know, it could be your lucky day.  You can also win one of 3,600 Shawn Mendes ILLUMINATE digital albums, one of 20 $200 concert ticket vouchers or one of 200 $20 worth of AXE products.

Letting your teenager pick out a gift for his dad is a special thing.  I think this will be a yearly thing now and I know that he is excited (so excited that it was all I could do to NOT let him give this out early!) 🙂 Haha!!

I also asked him to fill out this questionnaire (they do one every year… even though he doesn’t do silly answers for age anymore, I keep that on there so we can use it as a reference).
