Welcome back to my simple, family friendly free menu plan! I plan our meals based on a few things: simplicity, health and taste. We have four young kids, so I cook meals that our whole family will like.

Here goes… this week is a little different. Today, I am sharing meals that were found in last week’s Whimsy Wednesday Roundup:
free meal plan
Monday: These Bisquick Sausage balls are so good!  I serve them with salad, steamed veggies and bread.  These are a FAVORITE food in our house, because the kids just eat them up.

Tuesday:  My friend, Jenny, makes an incredible Cheesy Chicken, Rice & Broccoli Casserole that you will love.   I like this one, because I don’t need to serve any sides.  It has everything right in one dish.

Wednesday:  I like anything wrapped in a pastry or roll, so these cheesy ham & onion pies are perfect.   Plus, our kids love ham, so I know they will love this one.  I will serve this one with the cheesy rice & broccoli dish leftover from Tuesday night.

Thursday: Chicken Tacos are a hit in our house.   I usually add black beans to mine & Mickeys, but the kids like it without beans, so I prepare theirs first & then make ours.

Friday: I love this way to make chili!   You can find how to do this football presentation here.  I will probably fill it with this chili recipe because I already know that the kids like it.

Saturday: This one is MY favorite!  I could eat it every day and I do make it a few times a month because it is so good!  Two of our kids like it and two don’t like it … so I make chicken to go with it for the ones that don’t like it. Yellow Rice, Black Bean & Pepper recipe
