Last week I asked (on my Facebook Page) if anyone would be interested in our free menu plan every week and the response was a huge “YES!” As I explained last week, in Menu Plan week 1, my meals won’t be fancy and it certainly won’t take long and they will be nutritious.
ps- Every night I have a bag of vegetables or raw veggies to go along with our meal. I also have either sweet potatoes (baked), mashed potatoes (from scratch) rice (steam in a bag) or a roll.
OK – here goes…
Monday: BBQ chicken Quesadilla– This is literally the easiest meal to make and all of the kids like it (I make a few without the BBQ sauce – for Ethan & for me… haha! We are the only ones that aren’t BBQ fans. I use salsa instead of bbq sauce)
Buy your fully-cooked Rotisserie Chicken, soft tortillas, black beans, cheese, sour cream, BBQ sauce or salsa (optional).
Tuesday: Two Ingredient CrockPot Meal
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Coke Chicken
Thursday. Taco Casserole Cups (Double the meat and save some for tomorrow’s recipe)
Friday: Taco Pizzas (use leftover taco meat from last night)
Saturday: Roast Beef French Dip Sandwich
Sunday: Dinner out with my family (My parents & my brother’s family)
